Preparation and implementation
In the initial phase, the customer and Axaz collaborate to establish an implementation plan, define roles and tasks, set a timeline, and align ambitions. The current situation is assessed by gathering data and other relevant information from the customer, which is then used to create user stories based on specific customer needs. During the setup phase, the customer environment is established with a strong emphasis on testing the user stories continuously by both Axaz and the customer, ensuring the highest level of quality and value before the solution goes live.
Operation and management (Managed Service)
Axaz offers the management and maintenance of solutions through a "managed service" plan. This includes tasks such as maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing support throughout the entire customer relationship. The operations and management can be handled entirely by Axaz or in collaboration with internal resources within the organization. This ensures that your IT environment is constantly updated, managed, and secured, allowing you to dedicate more time to your core business activities with peace of mind.
Continuous development and operation

Decommission
In the event that the customer wishes to terminate the service offering, Axaz will engage with the customer to develop a comprehensive plan and cease the services in accordance with the contractual and/or mutually agreed terms. All data will be transferred to the customer and subsequently erased in compliance with Axaz's data processing and privacy policies.
