1 Our Managed Service Offering

Managed Service is an IT solution where a provider manages and supports systems, offering predictable costs and allowing businesses to focus on core activities. Axaz provides a structured Managed Service Offering that helps make clients operations reliable and efficient. As a Managed Service Provider (MSP), we take on the responsibility of managing and supporting specific IT tasks or processes on behalf of our clients. This includes proactive monitoring, maintenance, and support of selected services or infrastructure, delivered through a subscription-based contract. Example of tasks are: Error reporting, troubleshooting and minor error corrections.

Our core deliverables within the Managed Service

  • Operational Management: Agreement for the operation and management of completed work put into production
  • Advisory: Regular advisory services to ensure the work is heading in the right direction
  • Availability and SLA Commitments: Guarantees availability according to the agreed SLA
