1. Purpose
This Addendum applies when Current Cloud is deployed under one of these Hosting Models:
It forms part of the Master Product Terms and changes the standard terms only as set out below. Defined terms have the meaning given in the Master Product Terms.
2. Shared Responsibility
2.1 The Provider is responsible for the Current Cloud software, its configuration, updates, and the operation of the software layer.
2.2 You are responsible for the underlying infrastructure under your control. For the Customer's own cloud subscription model, this includes your own cloud subscription (for example, Azure or GCP), tenancy, networking, identity, capacity, and the commercial relationship and costs with that cloud provider. For a Dedicated cluster you nominate or operate, this includes the environment you provide.
2.3 We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or security issues caused by infrastructure you control, or by your configuration of that infrastructure.
3. No Training on Customer Data
3.1 The uptime commitment and Service Credits in the SLA apply to the software layer only and do not cover the availability of infrastructure you control.
3.2 Any service-level terms specific to a Dedicated cluster are set out in your Order.
4. License Grant for Self-Hosted Software
4.1 Where the Provider's software is installed in your environment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to run that software solely to use the Service, for the term and within the limits stated in your Order.

4.2 You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or decompile the software except where the law allows it. You may not use the software outside the scope of your Order or after the license ends.
4.3 On termination, you must stop using the software and, on request, delete all copies and confirm deletion in writing.
5. License Compliance
We may, on reasonable notice and no more than once a year, ask you to confirm in writing that your use of the self-hosted software is within the limits of your Order (for example, users, processes, and Data Core volume). This does not require physical access to your environment.
6. Data Processing in Customer-Controlled Environments
6.1 For the Customer's own cloud subscription model, Customer Data is stored within your own cloud tenancy (for example, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform). The relevant cloud provider acts under your own agreement with that provider and is not a Sub-processor of the Provider for that deployment, as set out in the DPA and the Subprocessor List.
6.2 The Provider remains the Processor for the operation of its software layer and processes Customer Data only to deliver the Service.
7. Costs
You bear or directly negotiate the infrastructure and AI API costs for these Hosting Models, as set out in your Order and the Subscription and Billing Terms.
8. Support and Updates
We provide support and software updates as set out in the SLA and your Order. You must apply updates within a reasonable time so we can support the software, unless your Order states otherwise.
9. Governing Law
This Addendum is governed by the Master Product Terms.
