1. About This Policy

‍This Privacy Policy explains how the Provider handles personal data where it acts as a data controller — for example, the data of our website visitors, account holders, and billing contacts.

This is different from the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which covers the Customer Data you upload to the Service. For that data, you are the controller and we are the processor.

Controller: the Provider, which is currently Axaz AS, org. nr. 926559745, Akersgata 55, 0180 Oslo, Norway. Contact: support@axaz.com. "Provider" has the meaning given in the Master Product Terms. When Current Cloud moves to its own company, that company automatically becomes the controller for this data, and this Policy is updated with its name and contact details.

2. What Data We Collect (as Controller)

  • Account and contact data: name, work email, phone number, job title, and company.
  • Billing data: billing contact, billing address, VAT number, and payment details (handled by our payment provider).
  • Usage and device data: log data, IP address, browser type, and how you use the website and management console.
  • Support data: the content of your support requests and related correspondence.

4. Who We Share It With

We share this data only with service providers who help us run our business (such as hosting, payment, analytics, and support tools), and only under appropriate contracts. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

5. International Transfers
6Where we transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA, we use a valid transfer mechanism under GDPR Chapter V, such as an Adequacy Decision, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How Long We Keep It

We keep account and contact data for as long as you have an account, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, accounting, or dispute purposes. Billing records are kept for the period required by Norwegian accounting law.

7. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing or request portability. To exercise your rights, contact us at support@axaz.com. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).

The website and management console use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions, security, and analytics. Where required, we ask for your consent and let you manage your preferences. Details are provided in the cookie banner and settings.
