This Service Description outlines the details and scope of the Axaz Insight Tool, a SaaS application hosted on Upcloud, provided by Axaz AS ("Provider"). This document is part of the agreement between the Provider and the Customer and defines the features, functionality, and terms related to the use of the Axaz Insight Tool.

1. Service Overview

Axaz Insight Tool is a cloud-based data analytics platform that enables businesses to track, analyze, and visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business data related to enterprise architecture, with a main focus on application portfolio management.

Hosted entirely on Upcloud, Axaz Insight Tool offers real-time analytics, customizable dashboards, interactive reporting, and powerful visualization tools designed to support data-driven decision-making for businesses of all sizes.

2. Key Features

  • Enterprise Architecture Management: Provides a structured overview of the application portfolio, high-level integration overview, and business assessment of the application portfolio.
  • Real-time Data Processing: Processes data in real-time, delivering up-to-date insights to facilitate timely decision-making.
  • Interactive Data Visualizations: Advanced visual tools including charts, graphs, tables, and geo-maps for intuitive data interpretation.
  • Secure Data Handling: All data is securely handled, leveraging Upcloud's security infrastructure — including data encryption, secure access controls, and regular backups.
  • Scalability: Infrastructure is fully scalable, enabling customers to expand usage as data needs grow without compromising performance.
  • Collaboration Tools: Multiple users can work simultaneously within the platform, sharing dashboards, insights, and reports in real time.

3. Data Security and Compliance

The Provider is committed to maintaining high standards of data security and compliance. Axaz Insight Tool operates on Upcloud, which complies with industry-standard security certifications and regulatory requirements including GDPR, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.

  • Data Encryption: All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
  • Access Control: Role-based access controls (RBAC) ensure users only access data necessary for their role.
  • Backup and Recovery: Regular backups are taken to prevent data loss, with disaster recovery procedures in place.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To use the Axaz Insight Tool effectively, the Customer agrees to:

  • Provide Accurate Data: Ensure that data inputted into the platform is accurate and complete.
  • Maintain Access Credentials: Protect login credentials and restrict access to authorized personnel only.
  • Adhere to Acceptable Use: Ensure use of the Axaz Insight Tool complies with the Terms of Service and does not violate any laws or regulations.

5. Amendment of Service Description

This Service Description may be updated or amended at any time with notice to the Customer, and any changes will be incorporated into the overall agreement between the parties.
