Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Effective Date: 2026-06-11 | Last Modified: 2026-06-11

1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines acceptable use of the Current Cloud platform. It forms part of the Master Product Terms and the Terms of Service. All customers, Authorized Users, and anyone who accesses the Service must comply with it. Defined terms have the meaning given in the Master Product Terms.

2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Current Cloud to engage in, facilitate, or promote any of the following:

  • Illegal Activities: Anything that breaks applicable local, national, or international law.
  • Harmful Content: Hosting, distributing, or transmitting malware, viruses, trojans, or other destructive code.
  • Abusive Behavior: Phishing, spamming, denial-of-service attacks, or unauthorized penetration testing.
  • Infringement: Using the Service to infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Network Abuse: Interfering with the proper functioning of the Service, the network, or any other user's access.

3. Acceptable Use of AI Features
You may not use the AI features or the Model Context Protocol (MCP) server to:

  • Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or copy the underlying AI models.
  • Upload special categories of personal data into AI features without the safeguards required by the AI Addendum and the DPA.

4. Resource Usage
Current Cloud is highly scalable, but you may not place a disproportionate strain on shared infrastructure in a way that affects other tenants. This includes cryptocurrency mining without prior written authorization.

5. Enforcement and Suspension
We may monitor the Service for compliance with this AUP. If we determine that you have violated this policy, we may:

  1. Issue a warning.
  2. Suspend your access to the Service.
  3. Terminate your account and your access to the Service immediately, in line with the Terms of Service.

We will use a measured response proportionate to the violation, except where immediate suspension is needed to protect the Service, other tenants, or third parties. We are not liable for damages resulting from actions reasonably taken under this section.
