To deliver the Axaz Insight Tool, Axaz AS collaborates with trusted third-party service providers ("Sub-processors") who process personal data to support specific functionalities such as cloud infrastructure and security.

This page is a supplement to our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which governs the processing of personal data in compliance with GDPR and applicable Norwegian data protection law.

Categories of Data Processed

  • Names, email addresses, IP addresses, and user login information.
  • User interactions and system usage data necessary to deliver the Service.

  • Employees of the Customer.
  • Other persons who access or use the Service via the Customer.

Storage Period

Customer data is continuously stored (and backed up) while the customer has an active Insight Tool subscription. Data is retained for up to 1 year after subscription cancellation — unless the Customer instructs earlier deletion — to facilitate data transfer procedures.

Updates to This List

We regularly review our Sub-processors and update this list at least thirty (30) days prior to authorizing any new Sub-processor to process Personal Data.
