1. Purpose
This AI Addendum sets out the terms for the AI features of Current Cloud, including the Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, the AI-assisted matching used to build Golden Records, and AI parsing of documents. It forms part of the Master Product Terms, the Terms of Service, and the Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Defined terms have the meaning given in the Master Product Terms.
2. AI Features Covered
This Addendum covers any feature of the Service that uses an artificial intelligence or machine learning model, including:
3. No Training on Customer Data
3.1 We do not use your Customer Data, prompts, or AI outputs to train, fine-tune, or improve the Provider's own AI models or any third-party AI model.
3.2 We use AI sub-processors only under contracts that prohibit them from training their models on your Customer Data. These sub-processors are listed in the Subprocessor List, and we use their enterprise or zero-retention API tiers where available.
3.3 We may use anonymized and aggregated data that cannot identify you or any individual to improve the Service, consistent with the Axaz Service Agreement.
4. AI Output: Accuracy and Your Responsibility
4.1 AI outputs are generated by statistical models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. Examples include AI-suggested data matches, Golden Record proposals, and parsed document fields.
4.2 You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them. You must not rely on AI outputs alone for legal, financial, medical, safety, or other decisions with significant consequences without human review.
4.3 We do not warrant that AI outputs are accurate, fit for a particular purpose, or free of errors. This is consistent with the "as is" disclaimer in the Terms of Service.
5. Your Inputs
5.1 You are responsible for the data and prompts you submit to the AI features and for ensuring you have the right to submit them.
5.2 You must not submit special categories of personal data (GDPR Article 9) to the AI features unless agreed in writing and supported by the safeguards in the DPA.
5.3 You must use the AI features in line with the Acceptable Use Policy, including its rules on AI use.
6. EU AI Act and Roles
6.1 The Service provides general-purpose AI-assisted tooling for data integration and management. The Provider acts as the provider of these AI features within the meaning of the EU AI Act.
6.2 Where you configure, deploy, or use the AI features for your own purposes, you act as the deployer within the meaning of the EU AI Act and are responsible for your own use case, including any obligations that apply to high-risk uses you may put the Service to.
6.3 Each party will provide the other with reasonable information and cooperation needed to meet its respective obligations under the EU AI Act.
7. Customer-Provided AI Keys
Where your Order allows you to use your own AI model API key (for example, in a Dedicated or Self-Hosted deployment), the relationship with that AI provider is yours. In that case, the AI sub-processing terms above apply to that provider only to the extent you have agreed with them, and you bear the related AI API costs.
8. Governing Law
This Addendum is governed by the Master Product Terms. If there is any conflict on a personal-data point, the DPA wins.
